How to Use This CTQ Tree Builder
Start with the customer need in plain language at the root. Add driver branches for the major factors that make that need concrete, such as speed, accuracy, or communication. Under each driver, add one or more CTQ requirements with a specific metric and target so the requirement can actually be measured and controlled.

Use Print / Save PDF to open the browser print dialog and save the finished tree as a PDF. Use the Word and Excel buttons when you need an editable file for Microsoft Office. Use the Google Doc and Google Sheet buttons when you need a file that can be uploaded or imported into Google Drive.
